INGREDIENTS
- Brinjal- cut into round pieces
- Chilli powder -1tspn
- Turmeric powder 1/4tspn
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
DIRECTION
Mix chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder add water and make it a paste. Marinate brinjal pieces with paste.
Add oil in a tawa and shallow fry the brinjal. Serve hot with rice and curry.
